The City of Edmond's Development Code Update features a four-phase process to prepare a comprehensive update to Edmond's codes governing residential and commercial development. 
 

During this process, a project team led by consultant Freese and Nichols is working with City staff, the Planning Commission, the Central Edmond Urban District Board, and City Council to process technical information, gather feedback, and provide updates.​
